yesiCAN inspires hope in individuals struggling with destructive issues such as addiction, fear, depression, debt, obesity and so on. yesiCAN motivates them to overcome the barriers they face, whether mental, physical, social, emotional or spiritual by implanting its positive outlook.
yesiCAN offers examples of people, past and present who overcame obstacles and did well or are doing well in life. This plants an “If they could do it, so CAN I” attitude in the mind of the individual.
yesiCAN integrates many web links on its website where individuals can seek help and advice covering an extensive range of issues – mental health and suicide, eating disorders, violence, obesity, debt to list a few.
yesiCAN encourages people to make plans, set targets and work out how to aim and hit them. It stirs courage to work toward achieving their ambitions and not quit. This incorporates a comprehensive list of links to websites such as – Government business planning and development sites, writing, trades, multi cultural, parenting, nutrition etc.

yesiCAN is a faith based organisation with the purpose of encouraging individuals who are “doing it tough” to overcome negative and destructive issues in their lives and never to say “I can’t” or to give up – to turn negatives into positives.
To encourage individuals who have a goal or an ambition to achieve it and not give up – to turn imagination into reality.
To inspire hope, positive attitudes and purpose in the hearts and minds of individuals (or groups) – to turn their lives around.
To be available to all people regardless of race, culture, colour or religion.
How does yesiCAN work?
- By encouragement and inspiration with the use of physical reminders such as: yesiCAN wristbands, pens and stickers etc constantly prompting them to believe – “Yes I Can beat this problem or achieve that goal”.
- By inspiring hope. Without hope people begin to slide into depression.
- Sending letters and/or emails of encouragement to individuals or groups.
- A website with referral sites for many different life issues, testimonials and various forms of encouragement.
- Regular Facebook posts with encouraging messages and updates.
